Error in Neo4J Aura while loading CSV file

Getting below error while loading a CSV file in Neo4J Aura

Neo.ClientError.Statement.ExternalResourceFailed

Cannot load from URL 'file:///test1.csv': configuration property 'dbms.security.allow_csv_import_from_file_urls' is false

would like to know how to address the same?

Have you tried the data importer tool instead?

Was this ever answered? I can see the importer too, but that's not what I would like to use.
