I've set up neo4j on azure but I'm struggling to disable public internet access (I only want the server to be accessible from inside my vnet). Has anyone managed to do this / would anyone be able to support?

Hi Dan, disabling public access on Aura is only available on our Neo4j Aura Enterprise plan at the moment. Are you on our Professional tier at the moment?

if you are self-hosted and with a enterprise neo4j license please open a ticket at support.neo4j.com.
But also generally speaking support is not responsible to disabling public access
