Datadog integration with Neo4j 4.0.1

I'm guessing my issue is related to this one:

Neo4j V4.0.1 after upgrade HTTP endpoint errors

After Upgrade to V4.0.1. I am using transactional HTTP endpoint from Node.js using request library with a promise. I note there appears to be a change from V3.5 to V4.0.1 in the HTTPP endpoint from "http://localhost:7474/db/data/transaction/commit" to "http://localhost:7474/db/{databaseName}/tx/commit " but I get these errors regardless of end-point.
