Neo4j/graph is great for storing data from a business problem that has been broken down into the components. As business problems get more complex and integrated (in nature) its important to have tools to store and visualise the complexity. Without these tools, thoughts are lost in translation, hijacked in transit, twisted in documentation... etc..
