Creating Nodes and Relationships in Neo4j 4.x course certificate unavailable

Hi,

Last weekend I ended the Creating Nodes and Relationships in Neo4j 4.x course but, when I try to get the corresponding certificate, it says it's not available and shows me the following message:

As you can see on the left side of the image I passed all the sections answering the corresponding quizzes (they all have the green flag)

Today I tried again but I get the same message.

Same for Using Indexes and Query Best Practices in Neo4j 4.x

am I doing something wrong?
