Community Install/Environment Question

Please Two Questions if I Might.. thanks guys!
Question 1:
Mother Ship Question.. our environment will be in a secure instance and will not have access to the outside world (for obvious reasons ). Community edition, can it live in such an environment? Does it need to check in (licensing or other things ) with an external (neo4j based license server or something ) system or is it Totally Standalone?.

Question 2:
Data Science Library: Does the DSL work with Community. I think the answer is Yes. Of Course it Does.. I have heard that DSL is discontinued after 90 days, is that correct? Does the DSL expire after a certain amount of time?

Question 2: GDS will work with Community Edition but see System Requirements - Neo4j Graph Data Science
