Cannot install graphapps: No install field

I am trying to install a graphapp into Neo4j Desktop 1.6.0. There is no install field at the bottom of the Graph Apps tab. Also, clicking an app's install button in Neo4j Desktop Graph Apps Gallery opens Desktop but does not install the app. I've uninstalled and re-installed Neo4j a couple of times. No change. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Graph app support changed in Desktop 1.6.0 where it is no longer supported. Graph App Restrictions on Neo4j Desktop 1.6.0
