We are currently facing an issue with out NeoDash instance.
Both Neo4j and NeoDash are deployed on a K8 cluster by Helm, and we are using version 4.4.3 enterprise.
In detail, we can safely reach the viewer and editor pages (both services are up and running), but once we try to log in and connect to a dashboard by pressing the button 'Connect', nothing happens: no errors of any type on screeon or on the viewer/editor logs.
The underlying database does not seem to have any issues, as we can reach and query it from Bloom.
Also, trying different users or using wrong credentials on pourpose has no effect, it is like it is no registering the action.
No particular actions were carried out on the infrastructure before the problem manifested.
Restarting the instances had no effect.
Trying to connect from the actual network or through a VPN also made no difference.
Does anyone have an idea on what could be the issue or what could be checked to search for underlying errors?
