Can anybody help or in modelling stock database to manage share?

I am trying to modelling a Neo4J for stock management.

In this Database I have some Node such as: Person, Company and Maybe some other node I can add.

Some Usecase is here:

  1. At 2010 a company can name "Company A" with 1000 shares and some person own number of share in this 1000 shares.
    2024 Company A can change their name, increase more share. And it can have more company such as company B with 100 share in total and company A only own 50% share of company B.

  2. At 2010 some person can hold share of company A and this number of share can be change increase when he buy more of decrease when he sell.
    Hopping that I can find some help from other from communiti.
