Hi @joshcornejo on AuraDB Business Critical you can create instances across multiple cloud providers/regions which will ensure data residency in this region.
This is also available on Virtual Dedicated Cloud, however each new region is a dedicated environment and there will be associated costs with provisioning the infrastructure.
