Apoc.load.xls not registering/loading

I just got a new laptop and did a clean install of Neo4j Desktop (Win 11). I'm having problems getting the apoc.load.xls call registered and running. My plugins directory shows:

I've also checked the neo4j.conf file to make sure the following entries were enabled:

dbms.security.procedures.unrestricted=jwt.security.,apoc.,gds.*
dbms.security.procedures.allowlist=apoc.coll.,apoc.load.,gds.*

Anything else I'm missing? I've previously had this running just fine on my prior laptop (and earlier versions of the Desktop).

but the first line above simply has apoc. is that intended? and not apoc.* for example or apoc.load* or similar. I dont suspect apoc. matches anything.

the 2nd line.. similar to?

Hmm, it looks correct in the config file:

I'm not sure why the first time I copy/pasted the entry it stripped some data off.

Problem solved. I found the answer from the last time I asked. I need to load the extended APOC library as well (documentation still doesn't reference this dependency).
