You will probably need a developer to set up the database side, but then you could use something like Neo4j Bloom for data analysis with natural language search. There are also dashboarding tools like NeoDash.
There are also third-party visualization tools such as yWorks, and reporting tools like Retool. Plenty of other options, as well, depending on what type of functionality you want.
