Regarding the certification: you'll definitely know after you got certified. You'll learn much more than in any workshops. Go and give it a try, but be prepared!
And it can certainly be important if you want to embark on new career paths, you can demonstrate your knowledge when applying for jobs or projects or even here in the community.
I wake up early in the morning like a good student do, saw the mail to appear in Neo4j certification exam, immediately appeared like a pro and pass the exam😎.
