For the past two days, I have been unable to access the Neo4j Sandbox online browser. Previously, everything was functioning smoothly, but suddenly, After clicking ont he sandbox home ot run the sandbox instance to run the Neo4j Browser in Chrome or any other browser result in perpetual loading without completion.
This issue occurs consistently after accessing the Neo4j Sandbox through the Graph Academy course. Initially, the Sandbox functions correctly, but subsequent attempts result in the perpetual loading issue described.The course is Build a Neo4j-backed Chatbot using Python
I've taken the following steps in an attempt to resolve the issue:
- Cleared browser cache and cookies multiple times.
- Attempted access from different browsers (including Chrome) and devices.
- Verified network connectivity and firewall settings, all of which appear to be normal.
- Checked for any reported service outages or disruptions, but found none.
