I want to know if it is possible to find Similarity of a new Node (or a set of nodes) that were newly added to the graph.
To explain in mode detail.
I have Jaccard Similarity calculated for nodes 1 to 100I then add nodes 101Is it possible to find sim...
Iam not sure if what I've done is relevant to this discussion, but I tried something similar and it worked
I am using 3d-force-graph which i think is also based on d3. I found this method on this community to render the graph. Its based largely on...
I am too on a similar quest but a bit late
I've just started to envision a data model and came across your post. One thing which i was contemplating to keep the sensor data separate in another database like a key:value pair database.
Hi @m-zielinski , thanks for that suggestion.
In my use case, the "nan's" or the blanks should be so (they aren't unknowns). As you rightly pointed this strategy may not apply. But i wonder if a 0 value instead of nan will have any different effect ...
Iam too experimenting with the similarity algorithms. I the quest Ive read a number of papers and blogs on the internet. What I could understand
Threre are two types of algorithms
Set based comparison - Jacard and Overlap
Vector based comparison...
I think nodeSimilarity is now deprecated, I tried to run this cypher projection with jaccard similarity but i get an error "Procedure call does not provide the required number of arguments: got 3 expected 2."
