Neo4j 4.3.2 - Upgrade problem

Hi.
I have the following issue: Since I upgraded a few of my DBMS from 4.2.6 to 4.3.2 I have an error when I`m gonna start it on the Desktop Version. It also does not work when I create a new DBMS(4.3.2).
The log on my neo4j.log:

The 4.2.6-DBMS still works. Any recommends?
