Admin Course: Failed changing the neo4j password (non-Debian)

Hi all,

I'm following the guide below and try to reset the password.
Although the return message said the password is changed.
But i still cannot login, is there anything i missed?

Another question is, after i download the file movieDB.cypher, where should i put? Is it neo4j-enterprise-4.0.3\data\databases ?
