Hi everyone! I'm Rob Palmer. I'm a CPA who works for a public accounting firm in New York, but I've always had an interest in computer science. I discovered graphs through a NoSQL course in my graduate degree, and I'm hoping to get inspiration and guidance from the community. I've been using SQL and relational databases for the last few years, and I'm interested in learning more about modeling in graph and what kinds of problems can be solved more easily (or possibly only) using graph databases. My applications are generally for solving business problems like partnership allocations and legal entity management.
In my free time I play Dungeons & Dragons, as well as sing karaoke. I'm a big fan of Critical Role, South Park, and Rick and Morty.
