# Unable to access to localhost 7474 on my browser

Hello all,
I'm using neo4j enterprise 5.7. I'm able to download it using the command line. However, I'm unable to access to the localhost:7474. I received the error: This site can't be reached. Is there any way I can fix it? :(

How did you start it, can you share the log outputs from the start? And or the contents of the NEO4J\_HOME/logs folder? (Or on linux /var/log/neo4j)

Hi I used bin/neo4j start and then connect it to the 127.0.0.1 with local host. I keep receiving WebSocket connection failure error
