Hi GraphAcademy team, I've earned two certificates that are not appearing on my Certifications page, even though I'm logged into the correct account. **Account details:** - Email: [longo.analytics@gmail.com](mailto:longo.analytics@gmail.com) - Authentication method: google-oauth2 (Google SSO) - Display name: Adriano Longo **Certificate URLs (both verify correctly when opened directly):** - [Neo4j Graph Data Science Certification | Adriano Longo's Achievements | Free Neo4j Courses from GraphAcademy](https://graphacademy.neo4j.com/c/30bc9145-dd92-4c87-9748-5ff6297ec3df/) - [Neo4j Certified Professional | Adriano Longo's Achievements | Free Neo4j Courses from GraphAcademy](https://graphacademy.neo4j.com/c/7d33a324-105b-4126-b3a7-f27071941da4/) **Issue:** When I navigate to my Certifications page while logged into [longo.analytics@gmail.com](mailto:longo.analytics@gmail.com), neither of these certificates is shown. The Account Settings page confirms I'm logged in under the correct email, and the certificate pages themselves resolve and verify against this email — so they exist on the back end but aren't being rendered on my profile. **Already tried:** - Hard refresh of the Certifications page - Logging out and back in via Google SSO - Confirmed both certificates are tied to this exact email Could you please re-sync these two certificates to my profile so they appear under My Certifications? But now I understand that is simply the certifications page. All is well. Thank you for taking the time to resolve my non-issue.
