When creating a new user defined function, how do you define the category that shows up when calling `SHOW functions`?
Ex:

```auto
SHOW functions
YIELD name, category, description
RETURN name, category, description
```

Name and Description are in the documentation, but I can't determine how category is defined.
Thanks for the help!
