We are about to buy new servers, and we want to know, if Neo4j Community can take advantage of the use of several CPUs.

Neo4j Community Edition should not have CPU restriction so I would say yes. You can have more information about differences [here](https://neo4j.com/docs/operations-manual/current/introduction/).
