# Not able view watch the training video

Hi, I am not able to watch online training for neo4j any url from this link: [https://neo4j.com/graphacademy/online-training/](https://online-training)

I tried chrome and firefox, all the video having this error

`Error while loading the data, please refresh the page.`

Can you try clearing your Browser cache and cookies and try again?

Let us know if that does not help.

I have installed new fresh browsers Firefox.. there is nothing on this.. I only search this website.
