Thanks to @dana_canzano for solving my problem installing the Neosemantics plugin.

> [@Neo.ClientError.Procedure.ProcedureNotFound dbms.procedures](https://community.neo4j.com/t/neo-clienterror-procedure-procedurenotfound-dbms-procedures/68728):

> Setup: MacOS Sonoma 14.1 Neo4j Desktop Version 1.6.0 (1.6.0.121) I'm following the installation instructions for Neosemantics Installation: However, when I try to test if the installation went well: call dbms.procedures() I get the error: Neo.ClientError.Procedure.ProcedureNotFound There is no procedure with the name 'dbms.procedures' registered for this database instance. Even though I downloaded the neosemantics-5.20.0.jar file into the plugins directory, and updated the neo4J.conf …

However, even though the n10s procedurals show up, and I'm getting a ping from the RDF server, I'm not able to get the Neosematics Graph App to launch.

When I try to launch the Neosemantics Graph App, I see this message:
**Neosemantics has dependencies**
My First Graph DBMS is missing the plugin dependencies required by Neosemantics.
**Missing dependencies**

- Neosemantics (n10s)

When I press the `Install dependencies` button, I get the message `Detecting n10s plugin...`
with a spinning wheel of death that never returns.

What am I missing?

**Setup:**
`MacOS Sonoma 14.1`
`Neo4j Desktop Version 1.6.0 (1.6.0.121)`
Neosemantics JAR file: `neosemantics-5.20.0.jar`

Thanks

Hi @jeroen.lapre1 Did you ever resolve this issue? I'm getting the exact same issue. The ping returns; 'show procedures' show the n10s. I've checked that the .jar file is in the correct location

But still getting the spinning wheel like in your message after I select the `Install dependencies` button. Also the plugins tab of the dbms for Neosemantics states 'No compatible version found'.

I'll keep trawling for clues....

it looks like n10s is not updated yet - I am trying to upgrade my docker and still waiting for that upgrade to happen.

So I have neosemantics working now. Let me know if you want the very simple solution.

Don't bother tryin to launch it.

Obs make sure the .jar is in the active DBMS folder in the relate-data folder.
Add
'dbms.unmanaged\_extension\_classes=n10s.endpoint=/rdf' to the DBMS configuration file

Check the n10s are there, 'SHOW PROCEDURES'

Check the http endpoints are mounted - expect response {"ping":"here!"}
':GET [http://localhost:7474/rdf/ping](http://localhost:7474/rdf/ping)'

Don't bother launching it here:

Follow this example from here: [Getting Started with Neosemantics - Neo4j Labs](https://neo4j.com/labs/neosemantics/tutorial/)

i.e set the constraint and change the graphconfig params if you want.

Then you can fetch and import or preview your serialization file.

I'm using a local db on Windows Desktop Enterprise version 5.25.1.

I have a .ttl file stored on my D: drive and used the call:
'CALL n10s.rdf.preview.fetch("file:///D:\test.ttl","Turtle");' and there it was.

You can import/preview it using a url or an inline call.
