# Neo4j transaction logs are missing and recovery is not possible

I downloaded neo4j server community edition 4.0.3.

I changed only this line in neo4j.conf

```auto
dbms.security.auth_enabled=true

```

When I started server from command line then exception occurred.

I added this command the neo4j.conf. Then different exception occurred.

Why could be it happened?
