# Neo4j Desktop installed successful but not start in window 10

hi i have a question

i download neo4j-desktop version 1.6.0

neo4j-desktop installed in window 11 and it works very well  
but in window 10 it installed successful but not startable

so i find this message in logs  
[error] App initailization error TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined(reading 'name')

i find some simmilar errors in mac os and n years ago

i follow that solution in stackover flow and some article but it doesn't work

what is problem and how can i solve this
