# Internet connection point for Neo4j DeckTop Version

Dears all  
I have installed the neo4j desktop version(window11) on my desktop in my office.  
but, I have got some error message as below.  
" An error occurred while processing Graph Application Neodash. Cannot resolve graph app type. Please check your internet connection or Graph App link. "

I think it is caused by my company cyber security, firewall.  
So, I would like to get the access point, ip:port or internet address, in order to connect.
