# How to fetch User name and Password from Free Instance neo4j aura db

Hi I have created all the database sets up in neo4j free instance. But I forgot to note the credentials. May i know how to get it and there is no reset password on the page.

Did you happen to download the credentials when it popped up when you created the database? It could be in your download folder.
