# APOC failed to find compatible version

Hi all, I've actually been using Neo4J Enterprise at our company for a couple of years and even used Desktop locally. I thought I would upgrade my local Desktop installation over the weekend to V4 to try a few things but was unable to get APOC added to the database.

I tried by downloading and installing the zip file, the MacOS installer, the docker container, and brew and they all failed to find APOC. I even tried to install on my windows PC and everything failed. I checked and re-checked the compatible versions, tried different versions of 4.X, added plugins directories everywhere, restarted Desktop over and over, but still no luck.

I also need to add the Graph Data Science Library, which was successful in some instances, but not others.

Any help is appreciated.
